Two-week refills must be scheduled within 14–20 days of your last appointment and require at least 50% of your lash extensions still intact. If excessive lash loss has occurred and more work is needed, you may be charged for a three-week refill or a full set.

This service is for minor adjustments and must be booked within 6 days of your last appointment. Lashes must be at 90% retention or more. If additional work is required due to significant fall-out, a refill service will be necessary, and additional charges will apply.
